I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with exceptional ambiance and a unique atmosphere. The service was attentive, especially with thoughtful details that made my stay even better. The dining at Pepper Club was a highlight, but the pool area didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, the location in the Arts District is fantastic, providing access to local culture, but I did feel the price point was slightly high for some aspects.
